Reservations
Access to the Harlow Community Tennis and Pickleball Courts requires making a reservation. To make a reservation, please visit the Resident Portal at https://app.townsq.io.
Court Rules
The Harlow Tennis and Pickleball Courts are available for the exclusive use of Harlow Residents and invited guests only. Residents in good standing are invited to make a reservation within the resident portal.
- Court Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
- Courts are available by reservation only.
- Residents are permitted to bring up to four (4) persons per household.
- Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the courts without adult supervision.
- Smoking is prohibited on the courts. This includes, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and marajuana.
- During severe weather, the courts will be closed and no persons are permitted on the courts.
- Use of personal music players and speakers without headphones are permitted; however, residents and guests should be respectful and keep volume at a reasonable level to not disturb others.
- Avoid excessive yelling.
- If pickleball equipment is used, equipment must be returned to storage after use.
- No skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades, hoverboards, etc.
- Courts are only available for playing tennis and pickleball. No other sports may be played on the courts.
- No animals are allowed on the courts. Service dogs that are specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are permitted on the courts.
Residents and Guests who do not adhere to the rules will be asked to leave the courts immediately, receive an assessment, and may lose access to the courts. Tenants may only use the courts if their landlord had properly filed their lease and the rental was permitted by the HOA. Persons found on the courts that are not authorized will be arrested and prosecuted.
